Using Groovy Surveys
Groovy Surveys helps people and organizations gather input, organize activities, coordinate participation, and understand results. The service may include surveys, polls, forms, events, registrations, signups, volunteer coordination, contests, ratings, communications, reporting, and related tools as they become available. These draft terms apply to your use of the service and its available features.
Your account
Use an email address you control and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity through your account. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider; Groovy Surveys does not store your sign-in password.
Organizations and participation
Organization owners and administrators manage access, activities, participation requirements, assignments, communications, and publication settings using the controls available to them. Joining one organization does not give you access to another. Provide accurate information, participate honestly, and follow the applicable rules and commitments for each activity. Organizers are responsible for their activities, instructions, permissions, and decisions about information they collect or publish.
Information used by the service
We use your sign-in identity, name, email address, and available profile picture to identify you and display your account. The service stores organization membership, content, responses, assignments, ratings, notifications, and a record of the terms version you accept and when you accept it. As additional features become available, information you choose to submit may also include registrations, signup selections, attendance, or other activity details. Organization administrators can see member names, email addresses, roles, and assignments, along with activity information made available to them by the feature’s access controls. Review what an activity requests before submitting information.
Content and results
You retain ownership of content you submit and allow Groovy Surveys to process and display it to provide the service. Only submit content you have permission to share. Visibility depends on the activity and its sharing settings. Published aggregate results can be viewed by anyone with the link; other features may offer different sharing controls. Do not include confidential or sensitive personal information in publicly visible content. Organizers should clearly explain what participants are being asked to share and who can see it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, fraudulent submissions, manipulation of responses or results, spam, unauthorized access, or disruption. Respect other participants and only use their information for the activity’s stated purpose. Access may be restricted for misuse. Feedback and results may reflect participant opinions or information submitted by users; they are not professional advice or a guarantee of accuracy.
Availability and changes
The service is under development. Features may change and interruptions may occur. Not all features are available to every organization or plan. Keep copies of information you need. These terms cover related features introduced within the scope described above. Features with additional requirements may have separate terms presented before use. When these terms are revised, the service may ask you to review and accept the updated version before continuing.
Draft terms for local testing. Final operator details, contact information, privacy policy, and legal provisions must be reviewed before public launch.
